Issue Page

Note: In order to reach this page and perform a stock issue, the RoleThe role is a collection of system features. Each feature has an access level of either read-only or edit. A role is assigned to a user. The user has access to the features found in the role. of the Logged-in UserAn IntelliTrack user has an account with IntelliTrack and uses the software; is active in the system; has a valid username and password; is assigned to at least one division and one site; has a default division and a default site. The user is designated as either an Administrative User or a Standard User. must include the Issue featureThis feature allows for the stock issue transaction. Access to this feature enables the Inventory > Stock > Issue option and the Issue page in the web application and the Orders > Issue option and Issue screen in the mobile application..

IntelliTrack Inventory accommodates stock issue orders at the Issue page. When a stock issue order is fulfilled, items are withdrawn from inventory and dispensed to a customer. A stock issue order requires an order number, an order date, a customer, and at least one inventoried item that is being issued; it may include the customer's ship-to address, and up to four instances of user-defined information. IntelliTrack Inventory decreases the on hand quantity in the location from which the item was issued. There is no limit on the amount of line items that the issue may contain.

Select Stock > Issue from the navigation pane to reach the Issue page.

The Issue page appears.

The stock is issued from this page. Each Issue requires an order number, order date, customer, and at least one item to issue. Once an issue is saved to the system, an issue transaction record is generated and displayed at the View History page. The inventory quantity is adjusted as well.

The Issue page uses icons to add, edit, and delete data.

Delete icon Delete Click to delete a line item from the stock issue.
Add icon Add Click to add a line item to a stock issue.
Clear icon Clear

Click to clear line item selection.

Save Icon Save Click to process the stock issue transaction.
Cancel Icon Cancel Click to cancel the stock issue transaction.

Issue Order Reference on a Stock Return

Once stock is issued to a customer, the issue order may be referenced to a stock return for this customer. For more information about issue order reference in a stock return, see "Return Order with Issue Order Reference".
